Our products are made throughout one of our many production- and department centers worldwide. We always choose the fastest manufacturer depending on your location to process your order. All of our products are made to order by hand. In times of high demand shipping may take up to 30 Business Days. Please note that items may be delivered in separate packages to speed up delivery times, free of charge!
DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, for every item. You will get your tracking numbers free of charge sent to your email once we've processed your purchased order items!
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
MISSING A PACKAGE?
Items may be delivered in separate packages to speed up delivery times FREE of charge! So it is totally normal if you received one item but not the other. Do not worry, the other items will arrive soon.
On that rare occassion that your items go missing or show up late, don't worry! All you need to do is contacting our support at "email@example.com" OR message us on Facebook. We will reply within 24 hours - we pride ourselves on customer satisfactory and fix any problem ASAP! You will either get a full refund or a new product sent out to you.
I HAVE RECEIVED ONE ITEM BUT NOT THE OTHER, WHY!?

HOW CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW LONG CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
45 Days If you want to return your products you can do so without any reason 45 days after receiving your order and you will get 100% of your money refunded back to your card
