WE DON'T GUARANTEE A DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS
The volume of orders if always very high in December worldwide. USPS and EMS take way longer than their usual delivery time to make the packages reach their destination. We don't guarantee any deliveries by Christmas. Hence, our refund policy doesn't have any coverage for delivery which is going to be later than Christmas.
FAULTY ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.
NOT DELIVERED ON TIME
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US, Chinese or Thailand factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 bussiness days of receiving it. And it takes up to 20-30 bussiness days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

- We accept returns within 7 days for any reason.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Please note that earrings, socks, stockings and underwear are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
- Sale items and mystery box items are not eligible for returns.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts may not be accepted for return, or granted a partial refund only.
- IMPORTANT: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RMA number to initiate the return process. All returns must come with an RMA number for identification.
- Shipping charge will be refunded for items which are incorrect, defective or damaged. Shipping charge is non-refundable should you wish to return or exchange an item for any other reason.
- For orders which are damaged on arrival (DOA), please refuse the parcel and inform your local postal office of the damage to be eligible for a full refund or redelivery.
- With the exception of incorrect, defective or damaged order, a shipping charge of $9.90 or actual postage (whichever is higher), along with return shipping charge (if applicable) will be deducted from order total before refund.
- 15% restocking fee will apply to packages which are returned, unless otherwise stated.
- Once a return is received successfully and verified to be in good order, the refund less shipping charge and restocking fee (if applicable) will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 working days for the credit to be reflected in your account.
- No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, refused (except for DOA), abandoned or disposed of. Please ensure proper arrangements have been made for your parcel to be collected.
- We require up to 8 weeks for delivery of orders before they are listed as missing. Requests for refund or resend will be processed after that.
- Refund or redelivery policy does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by natural disasters, union strikes or any events beyond our control.
- Please do not return your purchase without the RMA number.
- You will be responsible for return shipping charges, except for defective product or when the wrong item has been sent.
- We strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service for return as we are not liable for missing items.
- Please use proper packaging for return shipping. Items which are damaged during transit will not be accepted for return.
